I have found a few suppliers of slightly thicker wafer paper ranging between 0.27mm and 0.3mm here in the UK. However, I think you may struggle with suppliers of the 0.22mm due to how soft and delicate the paper is and how easily it can be damaged if it comes into contact with moisture. Hence, I don't seem to be able to find any stockists of that particular size.
I appreciate you want to use it to get the effect you want from your flowers, but I can only find the following for you:

I know it's not exactly what you were looking for, but it's as near to it as possible as I can get.
