Hello, I am looking to buy plain white 0.22mm O-grade thin edible wafer paper that can be used for making edible flowers and decorations?
Does anyone know where I can get them in the UK?
Cheers Med

Hi @Med

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the site. :)

I have found a few suppliers of slightly thicker wafer paper ranging between 0.27mm and 0.3mm here in the UK. However, I think you may struggle with suppliers of the 0.22mm due to how soft and delicate the paper is and how easily it can be damaged if it comes into contact with moisture. Hence, I don't seem to be able to find any stockists of that particular size.

I appreciate you want to use it to get the effect you want from your flowers, but I can only find the following for you:

Squires Kitchen does their own, and there's is showing at 0.27mm thick.

Zoe's Fancy Cakes sells the Saracino variety of paper, which is showing at 0.3mm.

I know it's not exactly what you were looking for, but it's as near to it as possible as I can get.

I hope this helps, and good luck with the flowers. 🌺

Angie
