These crazy Cookie Monster cupcakes are a fun treat to make with the kids and are pretty easy to make. All you need is a batch of cupcakes and buttercream, blue food dye (preferably concentrated dye), white chocolate buttons, rolled black fondant, mini cookies and a Wilton #233 nozzle.
