This is a mini-guide showing you how to create your very own Brownie Berry Trifle! Filled with succulent berries, heaps of cream and a delicious brownie to boot, who wouldn't love one of these in the midst of summer?
To make your own Brownie Berry Trifles, you will need the following:
Equipment - Electric hand whisk, Mixing bowl, Tumbler glasses, Knife, Chopping board, Spoons and Food-safe gloves.
1 Slice up your strawberries into thin layers.
2 Pour the double cream into a mixing bowl and whisk until the cream starts to thicken up.
3 Whisk the cream until it resembles thick yoghurt.
4 Add a fruit layer to the bottom of the glass.
5 Then start adding small chunks of brownie, more fruit and spoonfuls of cream.
6 Continue building up the layers.
7 Finish just below the lip of the glass.
8 Grab some teaspoons and serve!

- Raspberries
- Double Cream (I used 600ml)
- Brownie Chunks - Pre-Made or Bought
- This will make approximately 4 Trifles - (This may vary depending on glass sizes and ingredients used).
Equipment - Electric hand whisk, Mixing bowl, Tumbler glasses, Knife, Chopping board, Spoons and Food-safe gloves.
Tips
If you want to make a more indulgent trifle, you could try the following:
- Add chocolate drizzle or shavings to the top of the trifle.
- Place chocolate chips amongst the layers to give it more texture/crunch.
- Use chocolate custard/pudding or sauce in between the layers for more definition.
