Here was my festive Chocolate Log that I made for my daughter over the Christmas holidays. It is a swiss roll chocolate cake covered in chocolate buttercream and lightly dusted with icing sugar. As chocolate logs get devoured extremely quickly I tend to use festive plastic decorations that can be re-used, the only thing I was missing this year was the 'Merry Christmas' sign.
