Today...what have you been up to?

Well I didn't deliberately pick them as breakfast but as I've always got a tub by my side it's just easy to dip in, I only have the original ones same as my Walkers Crisps I only have just ready salted, I've tried having breakfast cereals in the house I like but can't get into the habit of having them so when I buy Sugar Puffs they go all stuck together before I get round to finishing them.

My main cooked meal is about 6.15pm, I've always been the same bringing up the kids meant I made sure they were fed plus hubby, there's never been the money to spare so I just got into the habit of one meal a day and a few snacks in-between.

It's not done me any harm always had plenty of energy and never carried any excess weight, it's only the last few years that things have gone down hill, but that's age and something that's heredity which I knew nothing about.

Not to worry I'm alive hopefully the new meds will clear up the infection, I'll always have breathing problems because my insides are all squashed up and don't have room to move, never mind.

Oh nearly forgot, glad Han enjoyed going back to school, the boys went back today and so it was just Kelly and Caia.

When she took them to school the people who stopped her to have a look at Caia, it was funny because Connor kept going into school and coming back out with another teacher to see the baby.

I was secretly hoping that you were eating extra special spicy or paprika flavoured pringles for breakfast Joan you let me down! Oh no 'Sugar Puffs' ugh the smell of those things puts me off. :sick: I really want to like porridge as everybody raves about it but I just can't take to it. I think it's the consistency or something I just find it boring and a bit tasteless.

John took me for breakfast this morning to try and wake me up a bit, I've been up in the night with Han so I'm trying to get my brain in gear so I can start working. I'm four brews in already so may attempt the accounts shortly! :nerd:

Han absolutely loved school yesterday, she loves being back with her friends and she loves her new teacher, she's highly rated too so we are pleased. That's nice that Kelly gets to get some one on one time with Caia and how sweet of Connor showing off his baby sister. That's adorable.

So sorry to let you down with regards flavours. :roflmao: I like porridge but it's too much bother just for me, I have tried the individual pots and they're not bad, I used to like Ready Brek and used to give it to the kids.
I had a bad night as well but with me I think I was over tired so that set the Restless Leg Syndrome of and the new meds are having wonderful effects on my system. :doh:

The landlords just had our bungalow outside painted, it was white but it's now magnolia but it does look nice and fresh, that is till next doors son comes speeding up the drive, especially when it's wet. The builder had to clean off the green along the wall before painting. Just got to wait for the tree surgeon to come now and sort out the overgrown ash trees on the drive.

Here is my Dad's brand new piping gun and as you can see there is mine.....I think we're going to need a bigger cake don't you....

.....It's not really a piping gun it's used for pointing flags and brickwork although if you were making an industrial sized cake then I'm sure it would come in handy.

Thanks Joan, it's cool isn't it , he's absolutely made up with it, we saw one in NY while we were there and sourced one for him when we got home. I had to take a pic with mine though as it put mine to shame, no doubt if I ever get asked to make the biggest 'whatever' cake I'm sure he would be on hand with the tools required!

I'm not sure how I would practice with it, I think I will leave that to him! Lol!

Me and Han have been for a walk again tonight while it has been nice and then had Pizza for tea, she asked me if I could make my own and throw them up in the air. I told her I can make the dough but there will be do pizza tossing in my kitchen let me tell you.

I've still not done the painting thing yet, I better write it down before I forget again.

Lol! No I can't toss pancakes either, nor do I like them, John did that last time he's the fun parent!

I'm currently making lists as long as my arm of orders and birthday stuff I have to get for Hannah and her up coming birthday. she's currently on countdown so now I get how many days until her birthday every morning and evening and just before she goes to bed! Today's not all bad though as I have now finished my paperwork which allows me chance to grab a coffee with my friend tomorrow, plus John now promises to help with me stuff on the site after said deadlines have been met!

Sheesh the things a girl has to do to get some help around here. Only kidding, his lordship is being really helpful at the moment so I shouldn't knock it.

How you feeling today Joan? Is it nice at your end as it's positively glowing up this end, the sun is shining very brightly through my window!

Oh! it's been another hot sunny day here, hope this Indian Summer keeps up for a while.

I've felt a little better today, into the 3rd day of new meds, including what I'm already on, honestly trying to space them out.

Got till Saturday on steroids, Sunday on antibiotics, had 5 and 7 days worth of those but the mucus clearing tabs, well got 120 of them taking 4 a day. Onwards and upwards. :roflmao:

Well today has been beautiful weather wise, I met up with my friend for coffee, me and Han popped out for a walk again and I've added more things to my things to do list. I've got a lot of ideas going on in my head so I keep jotting them down too. Productive even when I'm not in the office.

So we were up early today and busy baking in the kitchen .

I have been promising Han for the past few days that we could make Cake Pops over the weekend. We actually got some spare time today so we made a few batches. We had great fun covering them and decorating them, Han has even made her own designs on some of them so I need to pull them out and put the pictures on. The link above is for some of the ones we made but Han has made another batch and done some of her own designs so I had better get some pictures of those.

I'd just seen Hannah's designs before coming here and told her they looked like fun. You'll have to be careful Angie she'll be overtaking you in the cake department soon.

I feel awful today as I'm full of a cold so I think I'm going to rest I fell over in keep fit on Thursday and ian dropped ladders on my head so I'm not having a good week.

Today I'm holed up in my office as we are having work done again, on the plus side I am managing to be very productive, so far I have ordered most of Hans birthday presents, my workshop stuff, a picture and some other bits and bobs I need. I'm ticking off the to do list faster than I don't know what! Go me!

I have re ordered Hans birthday stuff today as I didn't process the checkout bit yesterday! Numpty!

However, today I'm off to buy supplies for my upcoming Zoo Animals Workshop on Monday!

I do Joan, i am looking forward to my workshop on Monday though. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and it will be nice to catch up with the ladies as we haven't been together for a while. Got to do final prep tomorrow and then bake lots of cupcakes on Monday.
