Lol, I thought you meant May the month 2025, then. I thought you were behind us, not ahead of us. Are the pleasantries in case you're hungover tomorrow so you're getting ahead of yourself.

Just turned 1/2 hour ago. I wished you then as now it's after...lol

I basically don't drink so just my wallet will be hung over as my water heater went out yesterday...new one going in Thursday morning

My neighbor up the street has a business does various construction stuff. He came down Tuesday, said "we just put one in today, $2,000 I can do it for you for $1,800. I'll take my guys off a flooring job we had planned Thursday and they will be here at 9am"

Water Heater was $928 + the gas lines, etc, and getting it so fast after New Years was great. Put it in today and I have hot water again. They didn't have room for the hot water recirculation pump without somehow cutting a nice insulated hot water line, so I may get my own hoses to relocate it. I've gotten used to having hot water right away after turning on the tap, lol
