For a quackers birthday surprise! This carved cake(s) was made using Vitalite instead of my normal butter/margarine as the recipient needed a dairy-free cake. I was quite surprised by the results, and everything held together and tasted delicious. This was made for my God-daughter's first birthday in Feb 2011.
This was also my very first attempt at a 3D cake!
