To make Toffee Apples and Lollipops, all you need to do is make a batch of treacle toffee. Once baked, push lollipop sticks into the core section of your apples and rotate around the pan until covered. Place on a greased baking tray to cool and then wrap in clingfilm when finished. To make the small lollipops pour the treacle toffee into the circles in a greased bun tin, place the sticks in the middle of the toffee whilst cooling. Once set rotate in a circle to remove and then wrap in clingfilm. WARNING this mix is very HOT, rinse any splashes off the skin immediately as toffee can weld to your skin and may cause scarring.
