Lol! Would I do that? No, even though I like to stick to the simpler styles of baking, I do come across the delectable posh desserts, so it's good to have a mix of knowledge on the site for those that like the simple stuff and the more refined variety.
Plus, it's easy to make and quite versatile as you can flavour and colour it, elevating your choux pastry and making people think you're an absolute whizz kid in the kitchen.
