This chocolate cake was a request from one of my friends for her birthday; it is a chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache, surrounded by Rossini curls and then segmenting the top. The wheel parts were then filled with edible chocolate sprinkles, 100s and 100s, popping candy and white sugar crystals. The centrepiece is a Ferrero rocher, and then I completed the cake with a ribbon to hold everything in place.
