On tonight's lesson you will be given a demo on how to create a Fabulous Fruit Cake and then shown how to make mini creations using sugarpaste.
Students will require the following items:-
Ingredients:-
Dried Fruit - Such as Currants, Raisins, Sultanas, Dried apricots, Cherries, Almonds etc
Plain flour
Lemon
Spices
Unsalted Butter
Brown Sugar
Medium Eggs
Brandy
Cake tin
Baking parchment
Sugarpaste/Icing sugar
