Here is my latest cake-carved creation; it is made up of two 6-inch Madeira cakes, one square and, of course, the other one around. I have carved the dress and used the remaining cake for Holly's crown. I used edible Doric Glitter to enhance Holly's dress, and everything on the cake board is edible, barring the candles.
