Hi lovelies. These adorable Love Bug Oreos are the perfect easy Valentine’s Day treat. No bake, no fuss, just a bit of dipping, sprinkling, and sticking and that's it. They’re a brilliant project with the kids, and they look super cute while they set too.
• 100 g White Chocolate
• 1 Small pack of Oreos
• Pink Colour Mill dye
• Tesco Red and Pink Heart Sprinkles
• PME Eyes Sprinkle Charms
2. Tint the chocolate - Add a few drops of Pink Colour Mill dye and stir with a spatula until you have a lovely soft pink.
3. Dip the Oreos - Hold an Oreo gently between your thumb and forefinger. Sway it back and forth in the melted chocolate so the biscuit becomes half‑covered. Lift it out and let the excess drip off. (If you are making these as gifts please wear gloves).
4. Set them on a rack - Place each dipped Oreo onto a wire rack with tin foil underneath to catch the drips. Dip a few more oreos and line them up on the wire rack.
5. Add the sprinkles - As the chocolate begins to settle, lightly tap the end of the tube and sprinkle the Valentine sprinkles over the melted pink chocolate half. They’ll stick beautifully as the chocolate firms up.
6. Attach the googly eyes - Dab a tiny bit of melted chocolate directly onto the biscuit (I used a small paintbrush — this was much neater and easier than putting chocolate directly on the eye itself). Press on a PME googly eye and let it set.
7. Let the excess chocolate drip away - Then move the Oreos onto baking paper until the chocolate has fully set. This will allow easy removal when they have set properly.
And there you have it, cutesy little love bugs.

Note: If you have any excess chocolate, still in your bowl, that you are going to get rid of, please ensure you scrape it out and place it in your bin. Do not put the excess chocolate down your sink as it may set.
