Oh yes, I didn't have time to make a cake today but I did make some Cake Doughnuts, which are mini cakes which are doughnut shaped, these aren't great and are thrown together a little but not bad for a first attempt.

I'm not convinced Joan, I used a single doughnut tray to make these but the holes didn't turn out great and they didn't plump up how I wanted them too. I think I may invest in an actual doughnut maker and see if that will give me the shape I am after.
