Novelty Panda Cupcakes are perfect for a party or great to make with the kids. All you need is a few rolled and then flattened circles for the eyes. Cut a circle in half for the ears and use a straw to make the indent on the mouth. Do the pupils in different directions to add character to your Panda.

Fun cupcakes to make and decorate with the children on a rainy day. Make a batch of cupcakes of your choice. Make a batch of chocolate buttercream. Use Cadbury's buttons and Milky Bar Buttons for the feathers for the owl, do this by cutting them in half and placing in the middle of the cupcake and work down. Use 2 choc buttons for the eyes and cut buttons into quarters to make the ears. Use icing fondant, or chocolate chips roll some balls for the pupils.

A bit festive and very delicious, the dusting of icing sugar reminds me of snow. These are made using chocolate cupcakes, chocolate ganache, marshmallows, Cadbury's buttons and a dash of icing sugar. Fun to make with the kids and even more delicious to taste!

Soft pastel coloured cupcakes, decorated in royal icing using different piping techniques. In the centre we have used brushed piping techniques on the flower design, we have also used stencils for the outer patterned cupcakes, and the remaining cupcakes were freehand designs. The dome effect was created by resting the icing on dome balls and using hardener in the icing so that the icing set into shape. The domes were then stuck to the cupcakes using buttercream.

These are chocolate brownies, with a squirt of fresh cream for the bottom fur, a strawberry for the hat and another squirt of cream for the bobble. If you are going to serve these, make sure you do immediately after you have squirted the cream and decorated the top as the cream goes to liquid very quickly. Alternatively use buttercream to make the brownie circular just cut out the block of brownie using a circle biscuit or pastry cutter.

These are my crackling bonfire cupcakes. This year I managed to create a more defined flamed effect using melon, tangerine and red concentrated dyes when dyeing the buttercream. I also made chocolate cupcakes for the base instead of vanilla. For an added crackle, you can sprinkle some popping candy into the buttercream before piping for an extra pop. I used a 1M nozzle for the buttercream fire effect and piped from the outer edge inwards, and then finished off with citrus sprinkles and orange matchmakers.
