Wednesday 18:30pm - 20:30pm
- As part of the Festive Creations and Cake Decoration 10 Week Course

On tonight's lesson we will start by levelling your pre-made fruit cake and then covering it using icing/fondant to create a smooth finish. Once covered we will create festive decorations to enhance your cake and give it that Christmas cheer.

There will be plenty of time for a practical session so please bring the following items:

Your pre made Christmas Fruit cake.
Sharp knife.
Cake board.
Rolling pin.
White Icing/Fondant (Found in the baking aisle in the supermarkets).
Marzipan
Icing sugar or cornflour.
Apricot Jam
Cake box or container.
