Cake covering and Sticky Toffee Pudding Class
Wednesday 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm - As part of the Festive Creations and Cake Decoration 10 Week Course
On tonight's lesson, Linda will be showing you how to make a sumptuous Sticky Toffee Pudding, and then I will give you an introduction into cake decoration by demonstration how to level, fill and cover a sponge cake.
Students will need the following items:-

Unsalted Butter
Soft brown sugar
Medium Eggs
Coffee essence
Self Raising Flour
Hot water
Double cream
