It makes you wonder just where he gets all his inspiration from, each product just seems to be on another level creative-wise.
 
Knowing the problems, you can have with chocolate, such as gravity, tempering, weather, adhesion and a whole host of other variables, I've still yet to work out if he's an artist, sculptor, creative genius or a mixture of all three.

To be honest he has that much talent it's hard to put a label on it.

I totally agree, Joan, I think he's light years ahead and exceptionally creative. He was also very humble and an excellent teacher when I saw him on the Netflix series. His only goal was to encourage his students and make them thrive in each challenge. I really enjoyed the last series and hope they do another.
