Catapulted to life! This Angry Birds Cake is made up of two halves of Madeira cake which were carved in order to fit together. The cake was then filled with buttercream and jam and then covered in red icing fondant. The face and additional features were stuck on using a little water. The board is covered in green icing fondant and the remaining base has been piped with grass using a #233 grass nozzle.
