Hello, I have several of these that came in a cake decoration kit but I can no idea what they are for! Thank you!

Welcome to the site.

They are stand pieces for a gumpaste/fondant board/wallet. The grooves in the centre slot together to form an X shape and then board/wallet should sit in the base slot/lip at the bottom. The board/wallet is used for drying out flowers and decorations. I'll see if I can find you a picture to show you what they should look like.
