There are a couple of things you can do to help stop your tin from leaking into the oven.
You could place parchment paper in the bottom of the tin and then place the circular layer of the tin over the top of the parchment to create a seal between the circle and base.
You could also cover the outer layer/exterior of the tin with tinfoil/aluminium foil to keep all the liquid intact and in place whilst baking.
Or you could place your flan tin on a baking tray whilst baking and catch any leakage/seepage on the baking tray instead of it dripping in your oven.
