Cake International will be returning to NEC, Birmingham from the 8-10th November 2013.

You will be pleased to know that in 2014 it will be returning to:-
Event City, Manchester on 7-9th March 2014
Excel, London for 11-13th April 2014

Pictures of Cake International March 2014

Even though I did not manage to get to visit cake international this year, two of my lovely ladies did.

Cath and Sue have kindly taken pictures at the event and then gave me a copy of them so that I can show you lovely people what was on display.

Here are some of the pictures for you:-

This cake would be great for a teenager.

I really like this garden themed cake design; the squirrel looks very realistic on the cake.

This burger shake and fries cake look far too good to eat!

This delicate, simple birdcage cake design is beautiful; I really love the colour scheme on this.

I'm not sure if these edible mouse creatures represent the three blind mice, but they are fabulous either way!

This is a beautiful manor garden cake design.

A realistic fruit bowl cake creation, they are that good they actually look too good to eat.

This Shrek cake design is fabulous. I have never seen one and especially love Shrek in his mud bath at the front of the cake.

Beautiful 3 tiered flower cakes on display.

A chilling gnome cake complete with garden creatures.

Hannah loves this cake; she thinks it is fabulous! It's a great novelty shark cake with a little girl on a lounger.

A girl's best friend Handbag and Shoe Cupcakes, these are a great design, and I love the colour scheme that the creator of these chose.

How about this wonderful winter wonderland cake, complete with a lamppost, I wonder if it worked now that would have been the icing on the cake!

Sugar and Spice cupcakes that were on display at the show, I really love the dual novelty snail ones they are very ingenious!

This makeup cake looks fab, the brush looks very realistic, and I think they just about managed to get all the makeup must-haves on show.

This man and the bear cake look so realistic it doesn't even look like a cake!

This cupcake tree is amazing; the attention to detail is fab.

I love this birdhouse, tree stump and additional people creature cupcakes, there is a lot going on, but it blends together beautifully. The colour scheme is bright and inviting, and it's an enjoyable cake.

This Greek God fountain cake reminds me of the one in Las Vegas.

This How to Train your Dragon cake is astonishing, great attention to detail and filled with all the characters.
