Please help! I have been making cakes for years and never had an issue. I agreed to make a friends wedding cake for Friday and this keeps happening. Im using same recipe/method as i always have. The 8" cake was fine but the 6" keeps doing this. I have made 4 today. The last one came out oven ok...
