My Bakewell Tart seems to have an eggy layer at the bottom, even when I put it back in the oven for an extra 20 minutes it didn't seem to make a difference, can someone tell me where I have gone wrong please. I have enclosed a picture to show my problem. Thank you in advance for your help.
