I sure will. We actually had a customer tell us that she was from New Orleans and that our beignets were better than DuMonde's which was really exciting to hear. I will post some pics really soon.
Thank you so much. I am going to play with them a bit before our next festival and see what happens. I don't want to compromise the taste or texture of them, but I do need to sleep at sometime. :)
