The Oat Cookies are probably more crumbly than chewy, (they are even more delicious if you sprinkle a few chocolate chips in them but they are still as yummy without).

Oh sorry, fandabby you meant the peanut butter cookies and not the oat cookies lol, too many cookies going on! I could taste more of the peanut butter than the stevia, but don't add choc chip to peanut butter ones otherwise they won't be low carb!

The peanut butter ones are a little more melt in the mouth too.

Thought it was peanut butter but you didn't add it so I thought it must have been the oat ones lol, they did look lovely

They were nice and I'm not a fan of peanut butter either. If you are a cookie fan and you're not looking at low carb ones then definitely make the Oat Cookies as they are wonderful, even if I do say so myself.
