Choux pastry (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I thought I would share that yesterday I baked some profiteroles with a custard filling.
this is the first time I have baked choux pastry and I made the custard from scratch too. I am really happy with how they have turned out. my partner is really happy with them too, I will definitely make them again.

I'm glad to see you're keeping yourself busy with new baking projects during the lockdown. Just think the more practice you get, the more variety of treats you'll be able to make your friends and neighbours when we're allowed out again.

They look gorgeous Julie, I love choux pastry although I've never made it myself. Glad you're enjoying your baking. :)
