Chicken & Bacon Pizza - Savoury Week (1 Viewer)

This weeks school bake is to make homemade Pizza! So Han's been rustling up one of her favourite meals from scratch. Not only did she make the dough, but she also cooked the bacon, added the chicken pieces, flavoured it with garlic and added lashings of other yummy ingredients too.

As you can see, the final results are mouth-watering, so much so it came home with a piece missing! Well, you can't blame her for taste testing!

Recipe Used

Dough:
  • 300 Grams Strong White Bread Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
  • 1 Tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 150ml Warm Water
  • 1 Tsp Vegetable Oil
Base Ingredients:
  • 4 - 6 Tbsp(s) Passata or Tomato Pizza Topping
  • 100 Grams Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar or a Combination of Both
  • Toppings of your choice - Bacon, Chicken, Pepperoni, Peppers, Onion, Ham, Mushrooms etc.
  • Ground Black Pepper
