Have you got any tips on making great biscuits? Mine never turn out quite right!

One tip is to ensure that your butter is chilled/extremely cold as this helps with the baking process.

Yes, although the site is predominantly cakes, cupcakes and models with a few biscuits thrown in, I will be incorporating a whole range of biscuit, baking, recipes and tutorials for everyone to have a go at.
