Here is the second cake that I made for Elaine for her birthday, which brought the colours from her mint green and pink claret rose cake into the 21st century. This was the cake I designed for her 70th birthday party cake using the colour scheme she had requested for her recreated pink and green birthday cake she had received as a 7-year-old. Needless to say, she was exceptionally thrilled with the surprise of two cakes and loved them both equally.
