Any tips or help on preventing Chelsea Buns going hard @L_H_Montgomery (1 Viewer)

As well as my 140 character response on twitter I would also like to add that by adding a tea towel to the Chelsea buns after they are removed from the oven will allow them to condense the steam and keep them moist.

If you aren't going to eat them straight away then cool, freeze them and then microwave when they are required.

Additionally by adding icing to the buns this will also keep them moist.
