And there goes the voice of the expert. 🤣
It's called " selective memory for males " 🤣

In other words no male likes to remember crushed hand or threats of castration
in the delivery room.

about 5 am there was a hubbub in the house .... Everyone (but me) looking for
Little 5 yr old Shelly , seems she crawled out of bed early and disappeared.
They were All going nuts looking for her, Till I came out to see what was happening .
After a minute of them explaining I just said mystery solved and their jaws dropped
😊

I spotted her right off curled on the rug by the footstool with Tigger.
I just said all you had to do was look for the cat and Shelly would be near by.
How they could miss that orange hair of hers is a bit beyond me🤣

It must have been frightening to begin with at that time in the morning finding her missing, glad to hear the mystery was easily solved, kids can cause so much stress at times. :scream:

I told her they were gravy...and she'll get more lumpy :D

A Guy

With you saying 'they' is she having twins?

I know what you mean about it coming round so fast, thank goodness I don't have to worry about it I'm sorted out with birthday and Christmas presents until 2021. Thank goodness for an organised daughter. :D

I seriously need to borrow Kelly; I'm so in Christmas denial! I thought about putting the tree up yesterday, but it didn't happen and to be quite honest with all the stuff I have going on at the minute I've no idea when anything is going to get done. 🙈

I did do the accounts this morning, I have VAT to do, and John has just taught me that if I type in the search box, I can find smilies quicker rather than scrolling up and down my list. 😂

Aww, I do love a good ending to a story, that's so sweet that she got up to snuggle with Tigger, that's something right out of a Christmas movie. :santa:

I've just downloaded the new Edge to try out before it's official release in January.

I'm going to have to get into gear and sort out Christmas cards etc. although there won't be many this year, I'll do quite a few online and there's only a few I have to post. I have a lovely postman who will take the ones for around the village for me. :D

Lol! Haven't done those either! Oh, my word! 🤪 Aww, that's nice, seriously, he drops your cards off for you?

If Han was old enough, I think I'd bypass Christmas this year, but I know for a fact she's not gonna let that happen. 🎄 😂

Yes he does Angie, he's lovely and takes any mail I have to post for me as well. :)

Too right, you can't not have Christmas when you have children, mind you Kelly had to have words with her eldest about not spoiling Father Christmas for Caia, he's got to the stage of not believing in him now.

They had a visit from him in the town ready for switching on the lights and of course a grotto set up for the children who wanted to visit him. Caia loved it and Kelly even got a photo of the eldest sitting next to Father Christmas with a smile on his face. :D

Aww, how kind is that! 🥰

Lol! I'm not even allowed to put the Christmas tree up now because she wants to help me. 🎄

Oh no, is Connor spoiling the fun? I love it when kids believe it's the most magical time ever. :santa: We're just putting the lasers up at the back, so the trees are all twinkly, we only do it, so next doors grandkids can see it. All the three neighbours did it last year, so it looked like Santa had been around and sprinkled magical dust all over the trees. Next door have put a wooden reindeer at the front with a bright red nose, and I want it! 🤣

Just got a surprise
Jen showed up today .
She Got an early flight from England, Hopped a helicopter ride from
a friend of mine who runs a Helo taxi service to and from Augusta.
and got him to drive her home :) (Smart girl) .
We were just putting up the tree (Shelly was all smiles getting a chance to help)
up to time Jen came in and it was mayhem Shelly tripped over and fell in the
Tinsel and came up coated and running for her Auntie Jen.🤣

Aww bless her! :lmao: Shelly is fabulous! What a wonderful surprise Jen showing up like that. Seriously with all your Thanksgiving shenanigans and Jen's surprise arrival you've got the making of next year's Christmas family movie.

I bet you and your wife are thrilled to see her. Will she be staying over Christmas with you? I do hope so. :plead:

Yeppers, she isn't due back in England till January. Todd and Shelly will be staying as well ,
Alice is not in a hurry to get back to her grad studies in California, and Mary will
be back here probably Monday.
So We have the whole gang home over the holidays.

I knew it began with a C. 😂
