You've heard of a Neapolitan Cake so why not have Neapolitan cupcakes! I have slightly differed from the norm on these, and rather than stacking the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry directly layering on top of one another, I thought I would opt for all three together in the cake albeit next to each other, that way no matter which side you bite you always get a different variety and taste!
To recreate this design, make a batch of batter, split the mix evenly and then dye and flavour the strawberry and chocolate layers and then place them all into one cupcake case. Bake as normal and voila, thrice the flavour!
