Kari's Swiss Roll (1 Viewer)

Sorry, this is a man's recipe, no exact measures .

Yes!.jpg

  • Mix a coffee mug of each, flour, sugar and eggs (about 4 or 5)
  • Add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, another teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pour into a baking tray with baking paper on, max 1 centimetre thick
  • Put in oven, our fan-assisted oven needed about 15 minutes on 200 °C
  • Stick a match to cake, if it comes out dry it's ready
  • Whip some cream, add some natural yoghurt
  • Put a thick but even layer of cream on top of the cake
  • Add whatever berries or jam/marmalade you happen to find
  • Start rolling the cake which is still on baking paper, wet the paper with lukewarm water from outside to make it loosen easier
  • Keep rolling!
  • Sprinkle with sugar to decorate (Tip: dip baking brush in juice, wet the roll for sugar to stay better)

That's it. Sorry the quality of the picture!

Kari
