Same here Angie, windy, rain and cold. You wouldn't think how sunny the last few days had been.

I know John tells me it's nice on Tuesday he failed to tell me he meant next Tuesday Lol. I cannot believe how cold it's gone overnight.

I don't take much notice of weather forecasts, down here we have our own climate compared to the rest of the country. Quite often the forecast says it will be cloudy with the odd shower whereas it can actually be really nice and sunny.

I usually stick my head out the window but John seems to be our resident weather man of late so I get to know the 5 day forecast whether I like it or not. [emoji23]

Just looked at the outside thermometer and it's showing just over 10C, it's windy, rainy and very misty, in other words it's miserable.

Well today I've got expanding hair the temperature keeps rising and the rain is on and off again. Getting a bit naffed off with it if I'm honest.

Went to the post office before and nearly stripped off coming back to the car as my winter coat was making me melt.

Glad to hear you're having some nice weather though Bill please send the sunshine our way.

Hans school are creating a leaving film as a memento of her and her class mates before she leaves so she has to submit a photo. We've just been searching through the photo's and she's settled on this one.



I love the fact she's chosen the one with my stick on tiles and the unfinished floor, oh and that yellow thing behind her was actually the kitchen bin. Proper classy photo don't you think?

I think it's a great photo just look at that gorgeous smile you don't notice what's behind her. Sounds like a fun project for the leavers and a great memento to celebrate the end of one era and the start of another. :smiley:

We've just been going through some of the old videos too when she was little and she's just pulled some pics off my machine so she can make some memes with them.

My heart goes out today to all those who were affected by last night's bombing in Manchester. I am deeply saddened by last night's events and to those who were caught up in such an atrocity. I send love and light to each and everyone affected and commend those whose stepped up and helped out. My thoughts are with the families of those who sadly lost their lives, the families of the injured and also to those who are still missing. May you all find your way back home. Much love to you all.

A very sorry event, I was going to ask you if you knew anyone that might have been affected by it. It saddens me to think what the world has come too in recent years.

I know it's despicable, I know what I'd do if I got hold of them and they'd be begging for mercy before departing this life.

Very annoyed today, I should have had a parcel arrive today from Amazon being delivered by DPD. Now I've never had problems with their deliveries before and I've had lots of them but today I was tracking the parcel and it got to the driver was delivering parcel 19 and I was number 21. He was around the back of the houses across the road from me. I went back to check again a few minutes later and there was a message that they were sorry and couldn't deliver because no one was available to sign for it. We'd both been in all day and no-one had been to the house, apparently they had left a card and showed a photo of the property. The place they showed was 2 properties down from me so they had to go past me to get there, they hadn't even bothered to phone to ask where about I was. I quickly set about rescheduling for tomorrow and said to deliver to my next door neighbour.

I then got in touch with Amazon and really had a go at them about it, they got in touch with DPD but couldn't get them to deliver today so I'll get them tomorrow. They are going to look into it as well so we'll see what they say about it. Oh and no one has been in touch about the left card so don't know if they're on holiday or what, I know them the hubby has done work here for my landlord.

I'm not a happy bunny today.
