Blue rose cake.

This is a 6 inch victoria sponge cake filled with buttercream and jam, it was then along with the board covered in icing fondant and the edges crimped. The flowers were made using a small blossom cutter and were filled with the extra buttercream. The roses were hand made and then stuck on using the buttercream. The blossom flowers were made into a cascading effect and then wrapped around the cake.
