Here is the delightful Princess castle Cake that I recently made. The cake is a madeira sponge covered in buttercream and icing. The heart shapes are shop bought decorations and the princesses in the windows were made from cupcake rice paper toppers. The flowers on the side were piped with buttercream that was dyed and the 100s and 1000s were an added decoration. The turrets were made using ice cream cones, white chocolate for sticking and 100s and 1000s.
