Nutty Toffee Banana Sundae:- Slice a banana into a bowl, add two scoops of Vanilla ice-cream then some whipped cream, sprinkle with flaked almonds and cover in toffee sauce. Chocolate Banana Sundae:- Place two bananas in a bowl, add two scoops of Vanilla ice-cream, a whirl of whipped cream, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, cover with chocolate sauce and add a cherry on the top. For a healthy treat in the summer months why not try making some fruit kebabs. they're easy to make, great fun with the kids and there is no baking involved! You will need skewers and lots of chunks of fruit such as: Strawberries Melon Raspberry Grape Kiwi Blackberry Pineapple Apple .....or any other fruit of your choice. Slide your cubes of fruit on to the skewers and if you want to be a little naughty then add some chocolate syrup as a dressing. These are a very simple colourful and healthy treat. Here is a mini-tutorial showing you how to make Viennese Whirls and Fingers. Once baked, the whirls are then filled with cream and jam and surrounded in sprinkles. They're also easy to make and delicious to eat. Ingredients: 200 grams/8oz Soft Margarine 50 grams/2oz Caster Sugar ½ to 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence (Optional) 200 grams / 8oz Plain Flour Method: 1. Cream together the marg/sugar in a bowl using an electric whisk. 2. Then mix in the essence and flour until combined. 3.
